Diabetes Self-Management Program

What is it? 

It’s a completely online class to learn all about great ways to:

  1. Eat healthy
  2. Stay active (even inside the home!)
  3. Manage medications
  4. Take Control of your Diabetes 

Some topics to be discussed:

  • Monitoring, blood sugar levels, creating an action plan
  • Emotional aspects of diabetes
  • Medications
  • Preventing hypoglycemia and complications; eye, foot, cardiac care

How to attend:

When: Tuesdays starting October 13th, at 2:30pm
Thursdays starting October 15th, at 11am
Where: Zoom Meeting or Telephone
Who: Anyone with Diabetes or interested in lowering blood sugar
