What is it?
It’s an interactive online class with our Registered Dietitian.
Some topics to be discussed:
- Creating an action plan for Healthy Eating
- Help you take control of your diabetes.
- Monitoring and controlling blood sugar levels
- Emotional aspects of diabetes
- Medication management
- Preventing and avoiding complications of eye, foot, and heart
How to attend:
When: Tuesdays starting January 19th, at 2:30pm
Thursdays starting January 21st, at 11am
Where: Zoom Meeting or Telephone
Who: Anyone with Diabetes or interested in lowering blood sugar
