You are invited to join our exciting new virtual Diabetes Prevention Program classes taught by our Registered Dietitians.

We will discuss ways to incorporate healthy eating, exercise, and stress management into your lifestyle as well as answer any questions you might have!

  • Shop and cook to prevent diabetes
  • Staying motivated and on track

How to attend:

When: Wednesdays at 3:30 pm (starting October 14th through December 16th)

Who: Anyone that is pre-diabetic or interested in healthy lifestyle changes
