  • Learn how to incorporate healthy eating, exercise, and stress management into your lifestyle.

How to attend:

When: Wednesdays at 3:30 pm (starting January 20th through March 24)
Where: Zoom meetings or Telephone
Who: Anyone that is pre-diabetic or interested in healthy lifestyle changes
