We are constantly making improvements to better help your needs. We are including direct booking to your HappyHealthyMe Patient Portal! You will now be able to schedule your own doctor’s appointment at a time that is most convenient for you without having to call in!

How to direct book your appointment.

1. Log into your patient portal here.

2. Go to ‘My Appointments’ and click ‘Schedule a New Appointment’.

3. Select who the appointment is for and which specialty you would like to schedule your appointment for.

Direct Booking is only available for Adult Primary Care, Pediatric Primary Care, and Laboratory

4. Choose the location you would like to be seen.

5. Select a time and provider. Please only book appointments for providers you have previously seen.

6. Fill out the required fields regarding why you are requesting this appointment and your phone number and click ‘Schedule Appointment’.

7. Your appointment will be reviewed and confirmed by our care team. You can also view your upcoming appointments under the My Appointments tab.
