To help your doctor assess your health concern, snap a few photos and attach in your email. The photos you send are secure and will only be viewed by your care team.
- Sign into your HappyHealthyMe Patient Portal and Click on My Messages and Inbox
- Click on Send a message
- Fill out the required fields with a * and Attach your image by clicking browse and finding your image.
- Click Send and you will see your message was sent with a green text box above your Inbox
